# L04 · Notice to the last shift

The public counter closes permanently at 00:20 on 6 November. Reconciliation staff may use the inner office and yard door until 01:00. An uncompleted loading entry is not a completed transfer. Any later movement requires a numbered receipt naming the case, receiving route and two releasing signatories.

The Lower Ward flood-claims hearing opens at the assembly hall at 09:00 on 6 November. Items already in station custody remain subject to the usual exception procedure. The bottom of the notice was folded behind the bell rope; the fold has not removed any text.
